This lovely cottage sits on a beautiful wooded lot across the road from the Alpine Golf Course along Bay Shore Drive. Just south is the popular Murphy Beach Park with picnic, sand beach, pier and boat launch. There is also a Town Park north of cottage and near village with a sand beach.
