Rental Confirmation

This confirms your rental of the unit you reserved for the period specified. Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. Check-out time is 10:00 A.M. Failure to check out on time may result in extra charge. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

Occupancy will be refused if a pet is brought into a unit and deposit forfeited along with balance already paid. We also reserve the right to refuse rental or discontinue occupancy if, in the opinion of this Agency, we see activity that is detrimental to the premises being rented. If more people are in the unit than capacity, rent may be forfeited and occupancy terminated. Please keep visitors to a minimum. NO fireworks and please do not disturb your neighbors.

In case of cancellation, deposit is refundable only when rental is re-rented for the same time period. There will be no refunds for appliance or mechanical failures. Lundquist Realty and the owners shall try to keep all systems in good working order. Any failures will be fixed as soon as possible to not disrupt your vacation.

Renters are responsible for any damages that have occurred during the rental period. Repair or replacement will be deducted from any security deposit paid or be billed to the renter. All SHOES need to be REMOVED at door to protect floors from soil and scratches. DAMAGE will be taken out of your security deposit.

Rental units are to be left in good, clean condition. Do dishes and take out garbage. Excessive cleaning charges will be deducted from security deposit. Security Deposit range: $200-$500.00. The security deposit check is collected at check-in along with balance due. Important Notice to All Renters: RECYCLING IS NOW MANDATORY AND RULES MUST BE FOLLOWED. SECURITY DEPOSITS WILL BE USED TO REMEDY RECYCLING RULES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN FOLLOWED. No firewood will be furnished for any units with fireplaces. All dishes, cooking utensils, coffee pot, blankets, and pillows will be furnished. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, towels, bathroom tissue, soaps, paper products, & garbage bags to recycle, etc...

Most rental units have phones for local calls. Any Emergency messages can be left at our office and will be delivered to your rental unit or can be picked up during office hours. If any phone charges occur you will be responsible for payment. Please use your own calling card. Ask us if you need info on internet connection.

You may pick up your key and pay the balance of your rent upon arrival at Lundquist Realty. Drop off your key at the same place when you check-out. Failure to return key will result in a $50 penalty. Our Office is located in the Country Walk Mall (see map). Our Office Hours are from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday thru Saturday (summer). If you will be arriving late please contact our office. For late arrivals: Balance must be paid in advance to arrange late key pickup. All rental units are privately owned by our clients and managed by Lundquist Realty. Liability will not be assumed by either parties.

We do not take credit cards. Checks, cash, or money orders only please.

Please sign and leave at desk at check-in. Late arrivals: Put in rental box outside with rent due and security deposit. South Properties: Mail back with balance due and security deposit checks, 2 weeks prior to rental.
